This policy governs the operation of the internal reporting system and the Ethics Channel, setting out who may make a report, what situations may be reported, how reports are handled, and what safeguards are in place for those involved. The policy covers, amongst other aspects, confidentiality, anonymity and protection against retaliation.
A confidential channel for reporting potential breaches of the Code of Ethics and Conduct, internal regulations or applicable legislation, as well as for raising queries relating to these matters.
