In addition, it is possible to report<\/span><span class=\"citation-1710 citation-1711 citation-1712 citation-end-1712\"> any breach of national or European regulations<\/span><span class=\"citation-1710 citation-1711\">, <\/span><span class=\"citation-1706 citation-1707 citation-1708 citation-1709 citation-1710 citation-1711 citation-end-1711\">as well as actions or omissions that may constitute<\/span><span class=\"citation-1706 citation-1707 citation-1708 citation-1709 citation-1710 citation-end-1710\"> a serious or very serious criminal or administrative offence.<\/span><span class=\"citation-1706 citation-1707 citation-1708 citation-1709 citation-end-1709\"><\/span><\/li><\/ul><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">Reports of breaches must be understood in a broad sense; that is, in addition to actual breaches<span class=\"citation-1702 citation-1703 citation-1704 citation-end-1704\"> that have occurred, reasonable suspicions and potential breaches that are likely to<\/span><span class=\"citation-1702 citation-1703 citation-end-1703\"> occur may also be reported.<\/span><span class=\"citation-1702 citation-end-1702\"><\/span><\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><span class=\"citation-1701 citation-end-1701\">Reports relating to matters<\/span>s of a purely employment and human capital management nature that do not involve workplace harassment must be channelled through the usual procedures of each of the companies that make up Velora.<\/p><ul><li data-path-to-node=\"3\">Velora guarantees the confidentiality <span class=\"citation-1699 citation-1700 citation-end-1700\">of the identity of the person making the report and of the person or persons affected by it at all stages of the investigation and resolution process.
